  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing or product information. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order and notify you promptly.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
  • Your credit card statement will show a charge under "Jokabeth Jewelry".
  • We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank or credit card issuer for currency conversion or international transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous (lower 48) United States.
  • Order processing takes 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
  • Carriers include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Certain items — including earrings, studs, lip rings, and other pierced-jewelry — are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons once the seal has been broken or the item has been worn.
  • Custom-made or personalized items produced to your specifications (e.g., rings or necklaces made to your provided measurements) are non-returnable.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered our fulfillment process.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our return process instead.

8. Limitation of Liability
